Manufacturing Processes (3 credits)

Course Description : Analysis of manufacturing processes and process design. Fundementals of computer integrated manufacturing and the economics of metal cutting. Industrial robots and programmable logic controllers and manufacturing systems. Laboratory use of traditional manufacturing processes, CNC programming, robotics, FMS cell controller, and related software.

Prerequisite : CHEM 201, IE 261.
